Refund & payment policy

1. Nature of Products

All items sold through shop.cax-corp.com and caxcorporation.gumroad.com are digital products (3D wallpapers, isometric visuals, downloadable graphic files). These products are intangible and delivered via direct download.

2. Payment Structure

Some products may be offered under a commission-based model, where the client pays in two stages:

• Initial deposit / partial payment to reserve and initiate the project.
  
  

• Final balance payment before delivery of the completed files.
  
  

3. Refund and Cancellation Terms

• Orders may be cancelled and refunded during the initial phase, before the final balance has been paid and before the downloadable files have been delivered.
  
  

• Once the final payment is completed and the files have been made available for download, all sales are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be accepted at that stage.
  
  

4. Verification Before Purchase

Product descriptions and, where applicable, preview visuals are provided to ensure clients can make an informed decision before confirming their final payment. Clients are responsible for reviewing all provided information carefully before proceeding.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with the payment process, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• The product will be delivered as a digital download upon completion of the final payment.
